Chinese Yam

1. Wash the stems and cut them short.

2. Peel the yam, wash and slice.

3. Start the frying pan and stir-fry the vegetable stems.

4. Add yam and stir fry together.

5. Add some salt and continue to fry.

6. Finally add water and cook.
