Chinese Yam Wolfberry Porridge

After peeling the yam, wash and cut into slices, then soak in water

Shred an appropriate amount of lean meat and pour into the yam

Wash the wolfberry and pour it into the pot
4.
Wash the rice twice
5.
Pour the washed rice into the yam pot

Add enough water to cook the porridge
7.
Put in the pressure cooker and turn on the porridge button

After cooking the porridge, open the lid and add appropriate amount of salt and cooking oil, and stir well.
Tips:
1. Put the yam yam into clean water immediately after cutting, otherwise it will quickly oxidize and change color;
2. You can also replace the lean meat with spare ribs or pork bones.
