Chive and Peach Crisp

Mix flour, baking soda and baking powder and sieve for later use.

Stir the corn oil, sugar, and salt well.

Add egg mixture and mix well.

Pour in the mixture of green onions and flour. Shallots are used here, and only the green part is taken. Wash and drain the water in advance, and chop finely before use.

Use a spatula to mix them into a dough.

Divide into 20 portions and round each portion.

Poke in the middle with your index finger, or not, you can gently squeeze it.

Put it in the middle and lower layer of Dongling K40C oven that has been preheated to 170 degrees, and bake for about 18 minutes (the actual baking temperature depends on the temper of your own oven).
