Chive and Peach Crisp
1.
Wash the prepared chives leaves, wipe them off with kitchen paper, and chop the moisture on them.
2.
Add sugar and salt to the olive oil. Use a whisk to beat evenly at low speed.
3.
Add the whole egg liquid and continue to beat evenly with an electric whisk at low speed.
4.
Add the chopped chives and stir evenly with a spatula.
5.
Sift in the powder and stir evenly into a dough with a spatula.
6.
Divide the dough into 20 portions, 11 grams each, round into a baking tray.
7.
On the rounded dough, use your index finger to press a hole in the dough, just like making margarita biscuits.
8.
Put it in a preheated oven, and bake it for 18 minutes on the upper and lower fire at 170 degrees.
Tips:
This peach crisp is sweet and salty, but it still has a lot of sugar. If you don’t like sweetness, you can reduce the amount of sugar by 10 grams.
The baking time given here is just a reference amount, and the final coloring of the peach crisp is the standard.
