Chive Cheese Bread

Put the bread materials except butter in the bread bucket in the order of liquid first, then solid, select the sweet bread function, and the bread maker will start mixing. After about 15 minutes, add softened butter and restart the sweet bread program to knead to the extended stage and start fermentation .

After taking out the dough and ventilating, divide the dough into 8 evenly. After rounding, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 15 minutes.

Take a dough and press it flat and roll it into an oval shape.

Roll up sideways and slightly compress and shape.

Put them into the baking tray for the second fermentation.

Ferment well, brush the egg mixture and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Cut the cheese into thin strips.

Sprinkle the chopped green onions and spread the cheese strips evenly.
9.
Bake at 180 degrees in the middle of the preheated oven for about 18 minutes.
