I used to see leek moss in the market, but I didn’t know how to buy it. I didn’t know how to eat it. I didn’t expect it to be so delicious. Well, I bought it this year, and I couldn’t help it!

Chive Minced Pork

1. Remove the older part of the leek moss, and also pinch off the tail moss. After washing, cut into small pieces and set aside

2. Remove the stems and seeds of the bell pepper, wash and dice

3. After the pork is cleaned, chop it into minced meat, add appropriate amount of starch, sesame oil, and salt to the minced meat, and marinate for a while without adding starch.

4. After washing ginger and garlic, chop finely

5. Heat up the wok, pour in an appropriate amount of vegetable oil, and after the vegetable oil is heated, add ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant

6. Add minced meat and stir fry until the color turns white

7. Add the leek moss and stir fry

8. When the leek moss is about to ripen, add the bell pepper and continue to stir fry

9. Then add the right amount of salt and chicken essence

10. Stir fry evenly, turn off the heat

11. Get up and serve!

Tips:

When the minced meat is marinated, it is not necessary to put starch in it.
