Chive Pancakes

Finely chop chives.

Add flour and salt.
3.
Add appropriate amount of water and stir well. .
4.
Put a little oil in the pot and paste it underneath.
5.
When frying, pick up the pan from time to time and shake it a few times.

Fry for 3 minutes, then turn the other side and continue to fry. Repeat this process and fry until golden on both sides.
