Chive Pork Floss Cake
1.
Prepare the chopped green onion and pork floss. The chopped green onion is purchased. You can also cut the chopped green onion yourself, but be careful to make it dry. The pork floss is the handmade pork floss.
2.
Mix vegetable oil, salt and milk, and beat until blended. I think the emulsified state should blend well and look smooth. About a minute.
3.
Sift the low powder and mix it into the batter of the above step. Stir until evenly.
4.
Separate the egg yolk and protein, put the egg yolk in the batter, and put the egg white in an oil- and water-free basin.
5.
Mix the egg yolks in the batter.
6.
Add a few drops of lemon juice to the egg whites and beat them with fine sugar in three times. Just hit it until a big hook appears, that is, lift the egg beater to show a big hook. My eggs are a bit old, so there is a bit of egg yolk mixed in the egg white, which is not very well beaten. Preheat the oven 180 degrees
7.
Divide the whipped egg whites into the egg yolk paste three times and mix them evenly.
8.
Pour into the baking tray, bubbling and smoothing.
9.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion and pork floss.
10.
Put it in the preheated oven, middle level, up and down, 20 minutes 180 degrees, you can cover with tin foil when the color is satisfactory. After baking, take it out from the height about 40cm and drop it vertically to shake out the heat. Lay oiled paper, buckle upside down to take out the cake, turn it back to the front to cool and cut into pieces.
