Chive Pork Floss Roll

Put all the ingredients except butter into the bread machine, eggs, milk, (salt and sugar diagonally), flour, and finally yeast.

Start a kneading program for 20 minutes, add butter and continue to knead the dough for 20 minutes until the film comes out.

Put it in a warm place and ferment to double its size, and it won’t bounce back.

Take out the plastic wrap and wake up for 15 minutes.

Roll out the dough and continue the second fermentation.

Brush the fermented noodles with egg liquid and use fork holes to avoid bulging during baking.

Sprinkle with chives and sesame seeds.

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees and bake for 18 minutes.

After tearing off the back of the greased paper, make a few strokes with a knife, and don't cut it.

1. Choose the oven temperature according to your own home.
2. The liquid is eggs, water or milk. The total is about 135 empty, which needs to be added or reduced according to the draught of flour.
