Chive Soda Crackers

If you don’t have dried chives, just make your own. Wash the chives and chop finely.

Put it in the oven at 150 degrees and bake for about 10 minutes, being careful not to overbake

To liquefy the butter, mix the milk, yeast, flour, salt, baking soda, chopped chives, and butter all together

Knead into a uniform dough, at room temperature for 10 minutes, roll out the good dough into a large slice, about 1 mm thick

Use a fork to pierce the small holes evenly and cut into squares of appropriate size. You can also use your favorite cookie mold to carve out the shape

Arrange neatly in the baking tray

Put it in the middle layer of the preheated oven, bake for 10 minutes at a temperature of 190°, and eat after cooling completely
