Chixiang String Beans

Prepare the main ingredients and auxiliary materials needed for the dishes according to the ingredients and seasonings;

Remove old tendons from string beans, wash and slice;

Add water to the pot, boil, add the green beans and blanch for 3 minutes;

Remove the blanched kidney beans and soak them in cold water;

Tips:
1. The green beans should be blanched for as long as possible to avoid toxins when they are unripe;
2. If the kidney beans are cut into sections or other shapes, the cooking time should be extended accordingly;
