Chixiaodou Chicken Soup

Cut the washed old hen into pieces, wash all the red bean, lotus seeds, and ginger and set aside.

'Flying water' the chicken

Put all the ingredients in the soup pot, add an appropriate amount of water, and boil on a high fire, then change to a low fire for two hours.

Tips:
If you don't like to eat the bitter core in lotus seeds, soak the lotus seeds in warm water for an hour and then break them out.
