Chobe Fried Rice with Salad Dressing

Prepare the ingredients for the fried rice, including ham, carrots, cucumbers, eggs, green onions, salad dressing, and rice left over at noon

Dice carrots, cucumbers and ham and set aside. Scatter the rice with a spoon and set aside. Beat the eggs, add some salt, and set aside.

Add warm oil to the eggs, stir fry constantly, forget to take pictures hahaha. Then add more oil, add chopped green onion and sauté.

Add carrots and stir-fry until they are ripe. I personally think that carrots are not delicious when they are fried (๑´ڡ`๑)

Stir-fry the carrots until they are eighty mature, add ham, cucumber, and eggs for a while, add salt and stir continuously according to the amount of food and rice.

Add rice, stir-fry evenly on low heat and it will come out of the pan ヾノ≧∀≦)o

I prepared several kinds of Chobe salad dressing, which can be added according to personal taste. Personally, I think the egg fried rice is greasy, so I added Chobe Thousand Island Dressing.
Tips:
1. Warm oil scrambled eggs can make the eggs very broken.
2. Fried rice needs more oil.
3. After the carrots, cucumbers, and eggs are stir-fried, add salt, and then add the rice, so that the salt will be even.
