There are still a lot of almonds left in the almond crisps I made last time. I don’t know what to do. There is a lot of cocoa powder left in the Black Forest made yesterday. Adhering to the principle of not wasting ingredients, I created this chocolate almond biscuit! It’s really delicious~"

Ingredients

Chocolate Almond Cookies

1. After the butter is softened, beat until smooth;

2. Just add powdered sugar and salt and beat evenly, no need to beat;

3. After the chocolate melts in water, add it to the butter and mix well;

4. Add the egg liquid in portions and beat evenly quickly. The whipped butter paste should be fluffy and thick;

5. Add vanilla extract and stir well, sieve in low powder and stir with spatula to form a uniform batter;

6. Add the large almond slices and mix well;

7. Put the batter into the fresh-keeping bag and put it in the fresh-keeping film box to shape;

8. Put it in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours, take out and cut into thin slices;

9. 180 degrees, middle level, about 20 minutes.

Tips:

1. If the chocolate is replaced with coffee powder, it is a coffee biscuits. Replaced with green tea powder, it is green tea biscuits. Almond slices can also be replaced with various dried fruits. But if it’s nuts, you have to freeze them until hard to cut them easily;
2. Because the batter is relatively soft when styling, some tools can be used. Such as various boxes.
