Chocolate Bean Soft Cookies

To soften the butter, add granulated sugar and brown sugar, and mix well until the sugar is almost melted.

Add the eggs and stir slowly until the sugar has melted.

Add vanilla extract and mix well.

Add in low-gluten flour and baking soda, and mix until there is no dry flour.

Add chocolate beans and mix well.

Use a spoon to remove the sleeping dough, place it on the baking tray at intervals, and flatten it with a spoon or hand.

Preheat the oven, 170°, upper and lower fire, middle layer, bake for about 10 minutes.
Tips:
To make this biscuit, there is no need to beat the butter, just stir and melt the sugar and all the ingredients are fused. If the sugar particles are too large, it is best to use a blender to grind the powder.
