Chocolate Beans Cookies🍪
1.
Prepare all the ingredients: chocolate beans, cocoa powder, low powder, butter, white sugar, baking soda, eggs, brown sugar, salt, vanilla extract, etc.
2.
Put the butter in a pot on a low heat to soften, then add white sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, salt and mix well, then add eggs and continue to mix well.
Sift the cocoa powder, low powder, and baking soda into the butter, add the chocolate beans, mix the butter, powder and chocolate beans evenly, knead them into a ball, seal with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for more than one hour.
3.
Take out the refrigerated dough, divide it into small equal parts, knead into small dough, and place it in a baking tray (remember to put greased paper on the baking tray to prevent sticking).
4.
Put it in a preheated oven, heat up and down at 180 degrees, bake for about 20-25 minutes, and the surface will expand and become colored.
5.
Very crispy on the outside, a little soft on the inside, super delicious😋
Tips:
🍪Preheat the oven in advance to 160 degrees for 10 minutes.
🍪 When placing the biscuits on the baking tray, remember to leave a little distance between the dough because it will expand.
🍪If you don’t like too sweet, you can reduce the amount of sugar a little bit.
