It’s also an extra protein consumable. I mentioned it in my post before. In fact, when making biscuits, adjust the egg liquid in it. The taste of the egg liquid, egg yolk, and egg white will be different. The finished biscuits are crisper, while the biscuits made of egg whites will have a stronger taste, so this time it’s made with chocolate.

Extra Rich Chocolate Biscuits

1. Mix medium powder, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, chocolate beans

2. Mixed egg whites, honey, vanilla extract

3. Soften the butter and add brown sugar

4. Sent to fluffy

5. Add the egg white liquid in 2 and beat evenly

6. Mix 3 and 1

7. Cut and mix evenly, put in the refrigerator for 24 hours

8. Divide evenly into 12 parts and knead into balls

9. Put it into the preheated 180 degree oven and bake for about 10 minutes until cracks appear on the surface

10. Let cool in the baking tray for 10 minutes, then transfer to the grill and let cool, and the surface can be sifted with powdered sugar when eating

Tips:

1. This biscuit has more ingredients in dark chocolate, and it is not recommended to reduce sugar;
2. I made half of the original recipe, so only half of the egg white was used, which can double the amount.
