Chocolate Biscuit Balls

After softening the butter at room temperature, add powdered sugar and salt and beat until the color becomes lighter and the volume expands.

Add the whole egg liquid in 3 times, stir well each time, and then add the next time.

Add the melted chocolate to the whipped butter, and stir until it is evenly mixed.

Finally add the low flour and ground peanuts, mix until there is no dry powder.

Put the finished dough into a fresh-keeping bag and refrigerate for 15 minutes until the dough becomes hard.

Divide the refrigerated dough evenly into 20 g/pieces, group them into small balls and place them in a baking tray.
7.
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees, put in the shaped biscuit balls, and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
