Chocolate Bread

Pour in high-gluten flour, cocoa powder, sugar, milk powder, yeast, eggs and water and mix well, and then knead it into a dough.

Add 20 grams of softened butter to the dough and knead until well mixed.

Cover with plastic wrap and leave to ferment for 1 hour.

Take out the fermented dough and divide it into 6 equal parts.

Cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 15 minutes.

Roll out the small dough into a rectangle, and cut the bottom 2/3 into strips.

Tips:
1. Poor control of the amount of salt and sugar will inhibit yeast fermentation, it is best to separate it from yeast.
2. Using 30 to 40 degrees water to soak the yeast will help to ferment faster.
