2. Pour flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt into a large bowl and mix well.

3. Boil the water and butter in a small pot.

4. Pour the water and oil mixture into the flour and mix well.

5. Beat the two eggs well, pour them into a large bowl, and mix well.

6. Melt the chopped chocolate over water, pour it into a large bowl, and stir evenly.

7. Brush oil in the baking pan, pour the batter, and beat to remove air bubbles. Put it in the oven and bake for about 25 minutes.

Tips:

Brownies are generally sweeter and like to go with tea or coffee, but if you don't like it, put less sugar.
Depending on the oven and baking tray, adjust the time appropriately.
I don't have a square baking pan, so I can only use a cake tin to make it.
This amount is suitable for a 9-inch square baking pan.
