Chocolate Cake with Souffle

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees, sift the flour and cocoa powder, mix them with baking powder and baking soda evenly

The butter is softened at room temperature and then beaten up, then mix well with sugar

Add eggs, vanilla extract and sour cream, mix well

Just mix the dry and wet ingredients of 1 and 3 evenly, don't over mix

The baking pan should be pre-brushed with butter, evenly spread the flat batter, you can press in the marshmallows at will

Put it in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes, take it out and let cool

The butter used in the soufflé part does not need to be softened. Take it out of the refrigerator and cut it into small pieces and put it in the baking dish together with flour and brown sugar.

Knead the butter, flour and brown sugar with your hands until granular, then sprinkle with chopped walnuts

Put it in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 to 20 minutes, take it out and let cool

The chocolate cake is served with the soufflé, and can be served with caramel cream sauce
