Chocolate Chip Cookies

Prepare the materials first.

The butter is softened at room temperature and whipped smoothly.

Add brown sugar and white sugar and beat evenly.

Add room temperature egg in portions.

Add vanilla extract and beat well.

Sift in low-gluten flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

Cut and mix (don't over-mix), just don't have dry powder.

Add 90 grams of chopped chocolate, stir for a few times, cover with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for one hour.

Divide the refrigerated dough into 30g portions, round it with your hands, and place it on a baking tray.

Tips:
1 If the brown sugar is lumpy, sift it or smash it in a grinding cup, or put it in a bag and roll it with a rolling pin.
2The cookie dough can be adjusted to your liking. If you like it crisper, you can bake a bit more, and if you like softer, you can bake a bit less. Please master it yourself.
3 The dough does not need to be too flat, the baking process will naturally flatten.
