There is no such thing as cocoa powder or matcha powder, but only chocolate candies. It should be good to use it instead of matcha powder and chocolate powder to make bread and snacks. Practice has proved that the effect is still good.

Chocolate Crisp Balls

1. Beat the eggs in a basin, add sugar and mix well

2. Pour the melted chocolate candies into the egg mixture

3. Add corn oil and stir well

4. Add all fans and groups

5. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours (this is easy to operate)

6. Knead the frozen dough into small balls and place in the baking pan

7. Put it into the oven and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees

8. After baking, take it out and let cool

Tips:

The mixed dough is a bit sticky and easy to handle after being frozen in the refrigerator.
