Chocolate Cupcakes

Prepare an egg to be beaten into a large bowl

Beat the brown sugar into powder and add it to the eggs

Stir well with chopsticks

Add oil and milk and mix well

Sift the powder and add

Stir evenly

Prepare paper cups to line up

Pour the cake batter into a paper cup, pour 7 minutes full

Preheat the oven at 175 degrees, bake for about 20 minutes, take out and let cool

Heat the chocolate to melt

Spread the chocolate evenly on the surface of the cake, and it's ready to be set
Tips:
1. If the brown sugar particles are large, you can use a blender to make them into powder. If you don't beat them, it will become lumpy, which will affect the taste.
2. If you eat it directly, the skin is slightly dry. It is recommended to apply chocolate on the surface for better taste.
