Chocolate Donuts

Pumpkin is cooked in water and pressed into puree

Mix flour, baking powder and cinnamon sugar, stir well

Add pumpkin puree, olive oil, pure maple syrup and vanilla extract and stir well

Knead the pumpkin dough into a strip, butt the two ends of the strip into a circle

Put it in the microwave for 2-3 minutes, or put it in the 180° oven for about 25 minutes

After baking, just drizzle with chocolate sauce or coconut paste
Tips:
1. If there is no pure maple syrup, you can use other sweet syrups, or mix with sugar and water in a ratio of 3:4, total 10ml
2. The donuts baked in the microwave oven and the oven taste the same, the dough baked in the oven is harder, and the outer skin is a bit crispy, but the microwave oven is much faster.
3. Dark chocolate sauce or white chocolate sauce can be decorated with M&M. If there is no chocolate sauce, buy a whole piece of chocolate and melt it in the microwave, about 20 seconds.
