Chocolate Donuts

All materials are weighed and put into the bread bucket

Stir with chopsticks until there is not too much dry powder, start the kneading program

Add butter after the kneading process is over, continue with the kneading process and ferment

Take out the exhaust when fermented to twice the size

Roll out into a cake shape, use a doughnut mold to press out the shape, repeat this step for the remaining noodles until all the noodles are pressed, and cover with plastic wrap and ferment to double the size

Add oil in a frying pan and turn to medium-low heat. Add donuts, and fry until golden on both sides.

Dip in melted chocolate and sprinkle with sugar needles to decorate and let cool before enjoying
