Chocolate Lollipop Cake (steamed Version)

Two eggs β sugar β lemon juice (put into a water- and oil-free container)

The lines wonβt disappear right away.

Sift the flour and add, stir evenly

Add oil and stir evenly

Put in a piping bag

Squeeze into the lollipop mold (two eggs are just right), pick it up and drop it twice

Boil in water in a pot and steam for 12 minutes, simmer for 5 minutes.

It's very good for demoulding, just pick it up and take a couple of shots and then it's down

Chocolate melts in water

I used a small spoon to glaze the noodles, instead of using toothpicks without sticks (small sugar beads would be perfect)
