I've been lazy recently. I don't know if it's because of spring difficulty or because of the bad weather. Anyway, it's been a long time. The dim sum snacks that Zizai likes have never been touched. Fortunately, the Changdi e•Bake Internet oven seems to have injected me with a shot of stimulant, which made me resurrected with blood! Yesterday afternoon, I received a call from the courier at work and took the oven back home by the way after get off work. I started the trial right away in the evening. It is said that the new oven needs to be run-in. I think this Changdi e•Bake Internet oven is an exception. The first two works made are very successful! Chocolate Nut Cookies

1. The butter is softened at room temperature, add icing sugar, and beat with a whisk.

2. After adding the egg mixture, beat evenly.

3. Crush the cashews and walnuts with a food processor.

4. Put the chopped walnuts and cashew nuts into the oven, (reserve a little for decoration) and bake at 230°C for 4 minutes, (set for 6 minutes, but it doesn’t take that long)

Tips:

Crispy and tangy chocolate nut cookies, after two baking, the taste is more crisp, you can also bake the cake first, then dip the chocolate liquid and nut chops, if you like more crispy, you might as well bake it twice!
If it feels darker, you can slightly reduce the baking time.
