Chocolate Peanut Butter Sandwich
1.
Put the liquid ingredients in the bread bucket, spread the flour on the top, put salt, sugar, and cocoa powder on the opposite corners, dig a small hole in the middle of the flour, put the yeast, and start the bread machine kneading program for 10 minutes.
2.
Knead until the gluten spreads and add softened butter.
3.
Select the kneading program for 20 minutes to knead the dough to the complete stage, pull out the glove film, the texture of the whole wheat toast is not as delicate and smooth as the ordinary toast.
4.
Put the kneaded dough in the oven for the first fermentation, cover the dough with a layer of plastic wrap, and put a bowl of warm water in the oven at 30 degrees for 1 hour. (Summer fermentation at room temperature is fine)
5.
Ferment the dough to 2.5 times its size, and just poke it with your hands without rebounding or sinking.
6.
Take out the dough, knead and vent the dough into three evenly, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 15 minutes.
7.
Roll out the dough into a cylindrical shape, do the same for all three, cover with plastic wrap and let it stand for about 15 minutes, roll out again into a long strip, roll up the dough, place it with the mouth down, and put the dough into a toast mold.
8.
Put it into the oven for the second fermentation, and ferment at 38 degrees to 8-9 molds.
9.
Put it into the pre-heated oven and heat it up and down at 175 degrees for about 38 minutes. (Please refer to the temper of your own oven and the thermal conductivity of the mold for the time and temperature). If the surface has a darker color, you can add a piece of tin foil after 20 minutes.
10.
Remove the mold immediately after it is out of the oven, and dissipate it on the drying rack. After taking it out, it is best to put it on its side for a while to avoid denting, and wait until it is completely cool before slicing.
11.
Take two slices of toast and cut off the corners.
12.
Spread peanut butter evenly.
13.
Cover with another slice of toast.
14.
Take five even bananas and put a small piece of butter in the toaster. After the oil is hot, add the banana slices and fry on both sides. The bananas absorb the aroma of butter.
15.
Place the fried banana slices on the toast.
