Tips:
1. To make this biscuit, very fine hazelnut powder is required, so grind the hazelnuts with powdered sugar (white sugar is also acceptable) so as to become a fine enough powder. If you do not add sugar, just grind the hazelnuts, the hazelnuts will be oily and will not be able to become powder;
2. The hazelnuts added to the filling do not need to be ground into powder, and need to maintain a certain graininess, so just use a cooking machine to grind slightly;
3. The commercially available hazelnut powder generally does not reach the required level of fineness. If you use commercially available hazelnut powder instead of hazelnuts, it is also recommended to mix with powdered sugar and grind it with a cooking machine before using it;
4. When cutting the biscuits, do not cut each slice too thick, as the sandwich biscuits will taste better after doing this.
