Tips:
1. The weight of this recipe is exactly the weight of half a biscuit mold, and the cut biscuit blanks just fill a plate. When cutting, it is more difficult to test the knife, vertical cutting, generally there is no problem, don't worry.
2. The biscuit baking process will expand, so remember to leave a certain interval between each biscuit. My arrangement is 5 pieces per row, 5 rows in total.
3. In terms of fillings, light-colored chocolates, such as white chocolates, are recommended. Such fillings can contrast sharply with black cocoa biscuits and are more attractive.
4. The filling will solidify and become hard after cooling, so please add the filling while it is hot!
