Chongqing Grilled Fish

One piece of grass carp; cut off the tail (because the baking tray can’t fit, and kids can’t eat spicy food), pour some rice wine on the surface and coat the surface with a layer of salt by hand; then use a suitable amount of soy sauce and peanut oil to make a juice, use a brush inside and outside Brush it again and marinate for an hour

Tips:
1. The grass carp needs to be marinated about an hour in advance to taste.
2. Various side dishes can be selected according to your preference.
3. When frying the side dishes, put in the harder ones first.
