Shredded cabbage has a different taste from knife-cutting, and the nutrition will not be destroyed. I used to use dried red peppers for quick frying, which tastes good. Replace it with bacon. The fat from the stir-fried bacon makes the cabbage more tender and smooth, soft in the mouth, and delicious.

Griddle Shredded Cabbage

1. Prepare the cabbage.

2. Tear the cabbage into small pieces, wash and drain the water for later use.

3. Soak the fungus in advance and tear off the small ones; shred the onion; cut the bacon (slightly fat) into thin slices for later use.

4. Heat the pot, add the bacon, stir-fry to get the oil; pour in the shredded onion, and fry the flavor.

5. Pour in the white garlic and stir well.

6. Pour the fungus and stir well.

7. Pour the cabbage and stir well.

8. Add appropriate amount of salt and stir well.

9. Add red chopped pepper and stir-fry well.

10. Pour in the light soy sauce and stir-fry; transfer the fried cabbage to the pot with alcohol and serve on the table, heating.
