Ingredients

Chopped Pepper and Chives

1. Take a handful of leeks, remove the old leaves and soak;

2. Put it in boiling water with oil;

3. Shower with cold boiled water;

4. Cut into sections;

5. Top with chopped pepper sauce, garlic diced, and add a little steamed fish soy sauce;

6. Heat the rapeseed oil and drizzle on it.

Tips:

The leek watering time should be short, otherwise the vegetables will get stuck and lose their fresh flavor.
