Chopped Pepper and Edamame with Lotus Root

Prepare raw materials;

Boil water in a pot, add some salt and oil;

Add edamame and cook;
4.
Add lotus root and blanch it when it is eighth ripe;

After blanching, put it into a bowl, add an appropriate amount of salt and mix well;

Add two spoons of chopped pepper;
7.
Mix well and transfer to the dish.

Serve it.
Tips:
1. Since edamame is more difficult to ripen than lotus roots, it must be boiled first, and boil until it is eighth mature, put in lotus roots and blanch; 2. After blanching, add appropriate amount of salt and chopped peppers and mix well.
