Chopped Pepper and Vermicelli Enoki Mushroom

Remove the roots of Flammulina velutipes, wash, and tear open by hand.

Soak the vermicelli in boiling water to soften.

Pour oil in the pan, heat it up, pour in the chopped pepper and stir fry.

Add steamed fish soy sauce and water and stir well.

Add water to the pot, bring to a boil, pour in enoki mushrooms and cook.

Spread the soaked vermicelli on the plate.

Spread enoki mushrooms on top, and pour the fried chopped peppers evenly on top of the enoki mushrooms. Boil a pot on the water and steam for about 8 minutes.
Tips:
Both chopped pepper and steamed fish soy sauce have a salty taste, so I didn't put extra salt in it. The taste of our house is very light.
