3. Pour oil in the pan, heat it up, pour in the chopped pepper and stir fry.

4. Add steamed fish soy sauce and water and stir well.

5. Add water to the pot, bring to a boil, pour in enoki mushrooms and cook.

Tips:

Both chopped pepper and steamed fish soy sauce have a salty taste, so I didn't put extra salt in it. The taste of our house is very light.
