Chopped Pepper Enoki Mushroom

Cut off the roots of enoki mushrooms, wash and drain, and place them on a plate

Spread the chopped pepper on top of the enoki mushrooms

Add water to the steamer, bring to a boil on high heat, put the enoki mushrooms in the pot and steam for 5 minutes

After the enoki mushrooms are out of the pot, pour out the soup from the plate.

Mince the shallots and sprinkle on the chopped pepper

Pour some steamed fish soy sauce

Pour in hot oil at the end
Tips:
1. After washing the enoki mushrooms, be sure to drain the water.
2. Both chopped pepper and steamed fish soy sauce have a salty taste, no need to add additional salt to season. If the mouth is heavy, add a little more salt to taste.
3. The last hot oil must be burned until slightly smoked, so as to stimulate the fresh fragrance.
