This chopped pepper enoki mushroom is a quick dish and can be prepared in 10 minutes. Flammulina is easy to ripen. It is enough to steam it on high heat for 5 minutes. Including washing enoki mushroom and cutting green onion, heating oil for 10 minutes is definitely enough. You can pour water in the steamer and bring it to a boil. Tips:

1. After washing the enoki mushrooms, be sure to drain the water.
2. Both chopped pepper and steamed fish soy sauce have a salty taste, no need to add additional salt to season. If the mouth is heavy, add a little more salt to taste.
3. The last hot oil must be burned until slightly smoked, so as to stimulate the fresh fragrance.
