In this sultry weather, if you have no appetite, you can try this chopped pepper fish head. The hot and sour taste is more appetizing.

Chopped Pepper Fish Head

1. Prepare the ingredients, wash the fish head, and spread it on the plate.

2. Chop all the chili and ginger minced and set aside.

3. Heat the pan, add oil, pour all the chili peppers and minced ginger into the pan and stir fry. Add light soy sauce, salt and sugar to taste.

4. After sautéing, put a small amount of chili and ginger paste in the middle of the dish.

5. Put the fish head on it again.

6. Spread the remaining fried chilies evenly on top of the fish head.

7. Boil another pot of hot water, and steam the fish head in water for about 8 minutes.

Tips:

I write an appropriate amount of chili, which is added according to personal preference. If you like more spicy, you can add more pickled peppers. I choose Hunan small peppers here, and the spiciness is acceptable. Add pickled peppers and it will have a hot and sour taste. Homemade chopped peppers is better than using a bottle of chopped peppers, at least without preservatives.
