Chopped pepper fish head belongs to Xiang cuisine and is a famous dish in Xiangtan. Combining the "freshness" of fish head and the "spicy" of chopped chili, the flavor is unique.

2. Put the fish head on the plate, spread the chopped pepper evenly on top of the fish head, then put some ginger and green onions

3. Add water to the steamer and boil over high heat. Put the fish head in the steamer and continue to steam for 15-20 minutes. After turning off the heat, do not open the lid in a hurry. Put the fish in the pot and steam for 6 minutes.

4. After the fish head is taken out, remove the sliced ginger and green onion from the chopped pepper, and discard the soup from the plate. Put some chopped green onion and fine ginger, drizzle with steamed fish soy sauce

5. Restart the pan, pour the oil and cook until it slightly smokes, and then drizzle the hot oil on the fish head.
