Chopped Pepper Fish Head

Cut the silver carp head in half, wash it, and wash off the black stuff inside

Pour the white wine and wipe the fish heads, and then spread a layer of salt, marinate for more than 15 minutes

Heat up the pan, put a proper amount of lard and salad oil, pour in the minced garlic and green and red chopped pepper, stir fry, then add some sugar and stir well.

Tips:
You can add more salt when marinating the fish, and you can put some potato powder under the fish head and steam it together
