Chopped Pepper Fish Head

One fish head, fish head recommends that you choose a smaller head. I chose the smallest fish head and used the largest western food plate in my house to barely fit it. Let the store chop the fish head from the middle, wash it after returning home, and drain the water.

I use Erguotou for Baijiu, but I can also use cooking wine or rice wine.

Then put in the fish head, and spread the red chopped pepper and green chopped pepper on top of the fish head. Two kinds of chopped pepper are available in ordinary supermarkets. Put it on the pot and steam for 10 minutes.

Heat the oil at the bottom of the pot, turn off the heat when the oil is 80% hot, pour in the chives, and let the remaining temperature of the oil cook the rich aroma of chives.
