Chopped Pepper Fish Head

One big silver carp. I bought 4.6 kg.

Cut off the fish head. Because there are too few steamers at home, the cuts are a bit small.

Chop the peppers and chop finely.

Add two fresh peppers and chop into one piece.

Set in a bowl. Add sugar, monosodium glutamate, steamed fish soy sauce, cooking wine. Stir well.

Tips:
1. A very simple dish. The difficulty is that after the fish head is cut off, a knife cut from the middle is a difficult problem for most housewives. If it is difficult, it is best to wrap it with a clean towel to avoid hurting your hands.
2. Some people like code flavor before steaming, I don't like it. Because the chopped pepper material is above the fish before steaming, it will naturally penetrate below the fish during the steaming process.
3. Some people like to stir-fry the chopped pepper and tempeh before steaming, which is understandable.
4. It is very important that a small spoonful of hot oil after being out of the pan must not be missed.
