This chopped pepper is really not ordinary spicy. I bought lettuce rolls for several days, and ate some in hot pot. Fired some more. In the end it was peeled off and there was still a big one. This roll of lettuce is the kind put in a hamburger, and it can be eaten raw. I like the crunchy kick. I haven't eaten spicy food for a long time. My belly misses the spicy feeling. So used to make chopped peppers, which tastes like kimchi. But is it cleaner and fresher than kimchi?
