Chopped Pepper Rubber Fish

Ingredients: rubber fish (head, guts, peeled and washed), chopped pepper, ginger slices

Add the right amount of salt to the rubber fish.

Add the right amount of cooking wine.

Then, put the ginger slices and add the right amount of chopped pepper.

Then, put it in a wok, cover, boil and steam for 10 minutes, turn off the heat.

Open the lid and take it out.
