Fried Rubber Fish with Yuba

Ingredients: rubber fish (washed)

Yuba (soaked)

Chives, ginger slices

Put the soaked yuba on the chopping board and cut into sections, set aside.

Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat up, add the rubber fish and fry it on both sides.

Afterwards, add some cooking wine, water and ginger slices to a boil.

Then, add some light soy sauce, salt, and sugar to taste.

Then, combine the cut yuba and continue cooking.

Finally, boil until the soup is almost dry, sprinkle with chives, and serve.
