Chopped Pepper Sauce (special for Chopped Pepper Fish Head)

Wash the red pepper and peel off the ginger

Wash and remove the stems of fresh millet peppers
3.
Drain all the water after washing, it’s better to dry it

Finely chop chili, mince ginger and garlic, add salt, sugar and white wine
5.
Stir well
6.
Put it in a glass bottle and marinate for three or four days before use
7.
When steaming the fish head with chopped pepper, take it out and sprinkle it on top.
Tips:
It’s best to flip it every day during the marinating process to make the salt more even
