Chopped Pepper Taro

Ingredients: homemade taro, chopped pepper, shallot, sesame oil, chicken essence, fresh

Wash the taro, drain the water, scrape off the skin with a knife

Cut the peeled taro into thin slices of uniform thickness

Tips:
The thinner the taro, the better
It must be steamed to make it soft
