Chopped Pepper Taro, Delicious and Beautiful and Not Spicy
1.
Peel the taro and rinse in water
2.
Cut into pieces and put on the plate
3.
Chop the pepper, put the seasoning and mix well (too busy when putting the seasoning, I didn't have time to take the picture)
4.
Pour on the taro, put boiling water in a steamer and steam (cold water is also ok)
5.
After steaming for 20 minutes, take out appropriate amount of chopped green onion
6.
It's delicious, not spicy at all, and my daughter can eat it too
Tips:
The length of steaming time depends on how thick you cut it. I cut it almost 4mm thick (some unevenly cut). The light soy sauce is relatively small and the main reason is to improve the flavor. If you put too much, the taro will not be white.
