Chopped Pepper Tofu

Cut the tofu into cubes and blanch for a few minutes in a hot water pot.

Chop peppers, chopped green onion and ginger.

Pour oil in a hot pan and stir-fry the green onion, ginger, chopped pepper and fragrant.

Bring a small bowl of water to a boil and add a little salt.

Pour in the blanched tofu.

Simmer on medium and low heat, the soup is almost collected, add some chicken essence, stir fry evenly, sprinkle with chopped green onion.
