Chopped Pepper Tofu

1. Cut the tofu into cubes and blanch for a few minutes in a hot water pot.

2. Chop peppers, chopped green onion and ginger.

3. Pour oil in a hot pan and stir-fry the green onion, ginger, chopped pepper and fragrant.

4. Bring a small bowl of water to a boil and add a little salt.

5. Pour in the blanched tofu.

6. Simmer on medium and low heat, the soup is almost collected, add some chicken essence, stir fry evenly, sprinkle with chopped green onion.
