Choppy Salad Sauce with Chicken Breast and Color Vegetables

Prepare chicken breasts, red peppers, cucumbers, pumpkins, and lettuce heads.

Shred the red pepper, cucumber, pumpkin, and lettuce.

Boil the water, add chicken breasts and cooking wine to cook, remove and drain and let cool;

Drop the pumpkin for about a minute;
